Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium contains a premium quality ingredient to help relieve muscle cramps and spasms, nervous tension and stress. Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium contains a premium form of magnesium (citrate) for increased absorption.

Magnesium may be helpful in the relief of premenstrual symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramps and mild anxiety and may also help support cardiovascular health.

Directions for use
Adult Dosage

General : One tablets daily

Premenstrual symptoms: Three tablets daily.

Cardiovascular support: Four tablets daily.

During or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a health care professional.

Store below 30ºC. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
